Since the mandated closure we have worked hard to try and put together a plan to deal with your existing membership fees and agreements. Obviously the priority is to implement something which is appropriate and fair for members balanced against trying to ensure we can keep the business alive. Firstly, thank you so much to those of you who have already offered to continue making payments until we reopen, this type of support is going to be invaluable. We’ve had such overwhelming loyalty from so many people we will do everything possible to reward that support when we get things back to normal. We understand that while some may want to keep their membership active many are not in a position to do so, in an attempt to accommodate everybody we are proposing the following.

Most importantly, PLEASE don’t cancel any DD’s, if you do require a cancellation or immediate freeze. Please message us, both options are available IMMEDIATELY and we will arrange whatever you want promptly.

For those requiring a freeze we would be grateful if you would consider allowing us to do so on a graduated basis ie at some point over the next 12 months an equivalent period to that you have missed will not be charged, if this option is acceptable please message asking for a graduated freeze.

For those who are willing to continue as normal without any kind of freeze until we reopen we will be reclassifying your membership as PLATINUM. We will be putting together a package of ongoing rewards to recognise the support given during this period. We will also be running a prize draw when we reopen for platinum members with some prizes including, lifetime memberships, 12 months personal training and a big surprise prize. While closed we have set up an Atom community group with lots going on including Live Workouts and Live Yoga, go to ATOM @ HOME on Facebook.
