Ben-midI’ve always been into fitness and well-being from as early as I can remember, however it has only been the last few years where I’ve turned my passion into my profession. Being passionate plays a vital role in helping you set your goals and then being able to achieve and then exceed them. Together we will apply an array of training styles and techniques to find a suitable method for yourself and your goals. With these training methods we will be able to maximise performance and optimise results. In addition I also specialise in writing specific detailed programmes targeting fat burn and muscle tone, core strength and stability, strength and conditioning and sport specific training. Motivation is a key factor with the majority coming from deep inside yourself, although this being said I will there encouraging you to perform to the best of your ability, guaranteeing results and helping you exceed your targets.
